My brother-in-law and his wife are here this weekend from the Dominican Republic, and would like to go out for pizza tonight. (I've promised to take them to Di Fara on their next trip.) I've done a lot of reading about Co. vs. Keste, John's vs. Arturo's, etc. but am not sure where to go with them. I was at Keste for the first time this week with my sister, and enjoyed both the Margarita and the prosciutto and argula pizzas - I don't mind the soggy tip. But, from what I've read, it looks like we might be hurried along at both Keste and Co., and we'd like to enjoy lots of wine and not feel rushed.
I'm pretty sure that they don't really distinguish between New York style, Neapolitan, Sicilian, etc. and I'm not picky though I enjoy a thinish crispy crust.
Thanks for any quick tips - I just don't go out for pizza enough to make an informed choice. Oh, and would rather not face a v. long wait - we'll probably go around 6:30 ish.
