I have a major birthday approaching and I am planning a banquet which should include Peking duck. It must be in at least 2 (or preferably 3) courses. I used to get it at the Nice Restaurant on East B'way--it was surprisingly excellent (as was their steamed pork with salted fish, their minced squab in lettuce, etc.). But ever since I have been disappointed. Anywhere in Manhattan or Queens--has anyone had it at Imperial Palace? It needs to be a place large enough to seat 15-20 people for a banquet.
