who has a good pan bagnat?

Just came back from lunch at Monsieur Marcel in Farmer's Market where I had a good, but not great pan bagnat. It was served on a baguette instead of a round roll, and could have used a bit more viniagrette. Does anyone know where to get a super-authentic one with that sort of greasiness they have in France?
