When I want eggrolls, it's Golden Deli. If I want pho or Bun Thit Nuong, it's Pho Pasteur.
I like it. Is it good? who knows? I've read posts on this board from people saying that the broth has no heart, or lacks the great spices that a true pho should have.
Please help! Where can I go in the SGV to see flocks of Vietnamese, loving the pho, apart from your own mothers' kitchens?
