Looking for a few good meals (not too far from Navy Pier)

My wife and I will be in town for a few days at the end of October for the craft gallery exhibits at Navy Pier. Because her weavings will be on display (SOFA booth 502), we'll probably be chowing down in the North Michigan Ave area or nearby.

We'd be grateful to know which restaurants you really love -- preferably distinctively Chicago, about $150 or less for the two of us, casual, relatively quiet and (first things first) with great food.

With help from your posts, we've started a list for Friday (lunch and dinner), Saturday (lunch and dinner) and Sunday (brunch or lunch). Please comment, add or subtract!

Ixcapuzalco
Chilpancingo
Frontera Grill
Topolobampo (We have reservations, but comments here make me wonder.)

Bistro 110
Kiki's Bistro

Erawan

mk
Spring

Eli's
Chicago Chop House

The posts on ethnic restaurants are great, but I don't know Chicago geography well enough to choose places in our neighborhood. If there's a great Indian restaurant nearby, we'd love to know. (There aren't any here in Philadelphia.)

If you're visiting Philadelphia, I'd be glad to return the flavor.

Thanks,

Tom
