I stopped by The Pump on W. 55th after the gym today. Got some decent lunch - steamed veg and some of the best baked tofu I've had, covered in lentil soup (low-sodium soup can only be so-so).
Picked up a muffin for an afternoon snack. I was a bit wary when I unwrapped it, because it was a little sticky on top, but after a quick run in the toaster-oven... YUM. Hearty, moist, not too sweet - and super healthy (no fat, sugar or white flour).
It's small if you compare to your average store-bought muffin, which means it's a perfect size. Not diet food (let's all remember the Seinfeld froyo incident), but I'd say about half the calories of a regular muffin, esp. if you consider the portion size.
