The recent bread pudding thread got me thinking about Challah.
I've made Tim Partrige's chocolate bread pudding (from "The Way We Cook") book and it was wonderful even though I used Iggy's french pullman instead of Challah. But the recipe did call for Challah and I was wondering where I can get good one next time I make it.
