Having moved here from LA, where I frequently enjoyed the world's greatest ceasar salad at DanTana's, i've been unable to find an excellent ceasar in NY...most of the ones i've ordered have been downright awful...the one at Keens is okay...Any suggestions?
To qualify: a good ceasar MUST contain: egg (preferably raw), plenty of fresh garlic, and plenty of anchovies...
Creamy, mayonaissey ceasars are disgusting abominations and disgrace the restaurants that serve them...
