A long time ago someone told me that Goat Hill Pizza (300 Connecticut Street; 641-1440) on portero hill serves their pizza dim sum-style--different pies come out of the oven, and waiters walk around offering slices.
I know the place is still open (and kind of a neighborhood bastion), but are they still serving this way? And is their stuff any good? I hear that they make their crusts from sourdough, and while San Franciscans take sourdough for granted, it sounds mighty appealing to me...
I'm headed out that way for new year's...is it worth a precious meal slot to check this place out?
