Goat in Chinatown?

This morning I noticed a large quantity of frozen goat carcasses (so labeled) from Australia being delivered via a sidewalk trap door in front of a deli/charcuterie on Stockton St. (San Sun?)

I can see goat being used in Northern/muslim Chinese restaurants, but am not aware of any goat dishes in Chinatown. Does anyone know what the goat meat is used for?
