General recommendations for this weekend (and Easter Sunday jazz brunch rec.)?

Hi -

After being away from this tasty town for way too long, I'm returning to New Orleans for the weekend with my special lady friend. I'm looking for any places that you can recommend for meals over the weekend, and in particular, a place to enjoy Sunday brunch. I love good food as long as it's tasty, and I'm not too much of a stickler for eating only "authentic" New Orleans cuisine - as long as it's good, I'm interested. Decor/atmosphere also isn't as important as the deliciousness of the food, but I don't have much patience for long lines. Sunday is Easter, so that may limit some brunch options, but I'm hoping that you can point me to a place that will offer a jazz or blues brunch. So far, after a scan of the message boards, I'm thinking that I'll try to get reservations at Galatoire's, Brigsten's, and Bayona. If I only have time for a few lunches and a few dinners, are these 3 a good start, or should I look elsewhere?

Any advice you can offer will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
