All you people trying to get info re: Xmas eve dinner, Xmas day brunch, lunch or dinner, here's the deal.

Most (or at least many) restaurants are open xmas eve. They serve their normal style of food but perhaps with a special menu or some seasonal additions. Book early.

Most restaurants are closed xmas day, all day. A lot of chinese restaurants remain open, though that may be changing, call in advance. Someone mentioned an xmas brunch at Halcyon. This was open because it's at the Rhiga Royal Hotel. So look for other hotel restaurants.

Check websites for restaurants. I was recently at Zoe and they already had a flyer at the restaurant about xmas and new years. I'm sure this info is on their websites.

For Xmas Eve dinner, many people on the board are not responding because it's too wide open, most places are open. And Xmas days is just plain tricky.

Good luck and enjoy the holidays!

P.S. Myself, I have had good xmas eve dinners at Trattorria Del Arte and this year I may go to the Mesa Grill.
