Fuzion

Went to Fuzion (in Center Square, near Blue Bell) tonight after a long absence. I had almost forgotten what a great place this is. Even better early on a Sunday because the noise level (my one complaint about Fuzion when it's crowded) was very low. Terrific Asian fusion food, wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere (also byob - always a plus for me). I had the crab corn fritters as an appetizer. My husband had a portabello mushroom stuffed with cream cheese, goat cheese and something else I can't remember. For entrees, I had salmon with crabmeat and he had the rib steak special (with some kind of mustard sauce which he said was excellent). Both dishes came with brown rice and yummy eggplant. Desserts looked terrific. I passed, although I was tempted by the Thai cake. He had a chocolate mousse cake, which got thumbs up. Bill was $66.00 before tip. The prices here are surprisingly reasonable. Won't stay away so long next time. For some reason, we always go to Ravenna, in the same shopping center. I love Ravenna (closed tonight) but really have to remember that Fuzion is there as well.
