frozen lobster rolls at Captain Marden's

We went to Marden's for lunch this weekend, both ordering the lobster rolls. I've been dreaming about them all week -- a toasted bun overflowing with sweet lobster tossed with a little mayo. I've had them at Marden's many times, but not for a few months. Imagine my disappointment when the lobster turns out to be barely defrosted. The larger pieces were extremely cold inside, dry, and chalky tasting! I didn't care about sending it back, but I asked the waitress if they switched to using frozen lobster meet for rolls. She acted somewhat "shocked" and assured me that it was fresh, but said that she'll ask the kitchen. She came back somewhat embarrased and told me that "yes, it was frozen." That's too bad. I don't think I'll ever risk to get a lobster roll from them again.
