I purchased a package of frozen cooked tail-on shrimp (31-40 ct) at Whole Foods. I want to use it for New Year's Eve dinner. I dont usually buy pre-cooked shrimp so I am unsure what to do with it. I would like to serve it hot but I am afraid that in the process of re-heating it I will make it tough. All my usual recipes start with uncooked shirmp.
Any suggestions on how to use the pre-cooked shrimp in a hot application for New Year's Eve?
