I'm looking for fresh pasta or pasta sheets in the Central SD area. I'm sure there are one or two places in Little Italy, any suggestions? I went to Mario Batalli's Osteria Mozza in LA on Saturday and had the BEST ravioli, only one on the plate but filled with fresh homemade ricotta and a poached egg. The egg oozed out into the sage butter and was absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to replicate, but I haven't quite worked my way up to making pasta at home. Sounds like I need a pasta maker for Christmas! Any ideas on fresh pasta?
