I am hoping to visit France in the spring and would like to take a cooking class in France while I am there. I would prefer the class to be taught in English (I do know some French but probably not well enough to follow along). I would prefer a cooking class over a pastry class, but am willing to consider those as well.
Is it better to take a class in Paris, Provence, or somewhere else in the country? I plan on being in Paris for sure and will also be visiting some friends living near Montpellier and Perpignan. Other than that, I haven't decided on any additional locations as of yet.
