French Bistro: I need a fitting finish to a my SF chow-venture

I've taken my friend on a week-long chow that so far has included 25 chows in less than a week.

Tomorrow is her last night in town, and she has requested medium-class French food. I'm thinking about:

Bizou
Plouf
Clementine
Chapeau

Has anyone been to any or all? I've been to Le Charm and don't feel the need to go back, but I haven't been to any of the above. If anyone could suggest dishes, give me an idea about ambience, and let me know if you have a preference, I'd greatly appreciate it! I am looking for entrees under/around $20, since she's generously offered to treat.

We're looking for charming but low key. We obviously can't afford to eat at Fleur de Lys or Masa's, but we have enjoyed Fresca, Tadich, and Mezes so far this week. Something like that would be nice.
