Headed back down to New Orleans for French Quarter Fest this April, and this time we will have a two other couples in tow. All Californians, the husband and I make it down about 4 times a year and like to try a new restaurant each time.
Three nights and we each are picking a restaurant, so far we have on the list:
Husband and I have done them both and loved them (although I was a little tipsy at Clancy's, I "remember" it being a really great meal.)
Staying in the Quarter, but willing to cab it for a great meal. Looking for something nice, doesn't have to be jacket and dresses (although we ladies do like to play dress-up), maybe in the same wheel house an the two above, and of course delicious. Not too concerned about the wine list, we can always cocktail.
Here are a few places I have in mind, but would love to hear your suggestions:
Coquette (haven't been there yet)
Adolfo's (never been there but have heard great things - do they take reservations?)
Herbsaint (haven't been there yet)
Thank you very much for your help!
