Foodie with far too much time on her hands seeks to narrow down possible weekday breakfast options

I don't care much about neighborhood as long as it is near a subway stop. Not interested in hotel breakfasts unless it is something extradinary. Don't want to spend a fortune since we are going to Gungsik for dinner. And finally, looking for something I haven't been to. The exception on this list is Markt which I have been to for lunch. Your thoughts? Thanks.

Cafe Ronda: 249 Columbus Avenue
Cafeteria: 119 7th Avenue
Cornelia Street Cafe: 29 Cornelia Street
Cupping Room Cafe: 359 West Broadway
Friend of a Farmer: 77 Irving Place
Greensquare Tavern: 5 West 21st
Markt: 676 Avenue of the Americas
Petite Abeille: 401 East 20th Street
Tarallucci E Vino15 East 18th Street

Note: I came up with this list by limiting neighborhoods to easily accessible ones and searching OpenTable. So, of course, open to other ideas.
