FINALIZING MY BLOW-OUT FOODIE WEEKEND-WHAT ARE YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS?

I'm turning 50, and am celebrating the half-century mark with two nights at the Mirage the first weekend in March.

I want to get very dressed up and go to a very fancy, formal restaurant Saturday night. Would I fit in wearing an evening gown at Joel Robuchon? Or are there any other restaurants you would recommend where formal evening gowns would not be overkill? Or should I give up the idea of formal wear?

Here's my tentative line up so far:
Fri. dinner, Le Cirque
Sat. breakfast, and lunch ????--we want to eat light, at Venetian, Mirage, or Paris Hotel
Sat. dinner, Joel Robuchon
Sun. brunch, considering Bouchon or the buffet at either Bellagio or Wynn

So, what do you Chowhounds recommend?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
