I bought some Bob's Red Mill wheat germ because I've never eaten wheat germ before.
It's raw: can I eat raw in yogurt and smoothies? Or do I need to toast it first? I have a few ideas, but would love to see what others use it for.
-corn (and other) muffins
-various kinds of bread
-as a substitute for bread crumbs
Do people eat this as a hot cereal?
