Well, I am spending much more time on the Cheese board then I ever thought I would. I have become quite the cheese fanatic all of a sudden. I love a good strong Cheddar a few current favorites are - Ford Farms Coastal Cheddar, Kerrygold Kilaree Cheddar, Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar and Dubliner. I have read a bit about Tilamook and it seems that there are a lot of fans of their aged cheeses. Are there any that you recommend?
