I see some raves about the Sous Vide (SV) technique on past CH threads, but I'd like to cut to the chase and ask anyone to post their favorite recipe that uses SV.
I've been experimenting with the SV Supreme Demi and have had decent luck with a few items (eggs, steak, short ribs). Though the resulting proteins have had excellent texture, I haven't found any really great "keeper" recipes.
While I can adapt any of my tried and true recipes to utilize SV, I would like to see if there are any specific SV recipes that folks have had good luck with.
