Favorite Comfort Food/Hangover spots

When I feel myself getting sick or I am hungover there are a few places I go to heal myself.

Sam Woo's BBQ Restaurant - 807 N Broadway

Beef Chow Mien w/ Satay sauce on Crispy Pan Fried Noodles. Bowl of steamed rice, jar of chili peppers and that sesame chili paste. Finished off with about 10 cups of oolong tea.

Oki Dog - somewhere on Pico
Pastrami Burrito (only cause the grease obviously gives my germs a heart attack)

Pho - continually let down by my favorite spots so I am looking to replace them.

Tommy Burger - Beverly/Rampart
Triple Chili cheeseburger with extra extra extra chili and extra everything else, chili dog w/ extra chili and chili cheese fries.

Notice a familiar theme here? Cheap food, big ass portions!!! I like things that will fill me up and cost under $10 preferable $5. Something that's comforting every time i get it. Yes of course, maybe three hours later I am screaming on the toilet, but when I eat it it is heaven.

So what is your favorite hungover/comfort food/oops I'm getting sick meal. Where do you get it from? How much is it. How pig are the portions etc.

I would like to keep it to cheap good big happy around downtown/miracle mile/k-town/Hollywood/Thai town. But if there is something that damn good, feel free to post if it's reasonable close.

Thanks
