I'm savoring, for the zillionth blissful time, an egg with 5280 seasoning (black/red pepper, rosemary, citrus peel, coriander, mustard seed, tarragon, garlic, etc. in a bewitching blend, from the Spice Boys of Denver (with a name like that...). More local things I like are Haystack Dairy Goat cheeses (and I don't like goat dairy as a rule), Glacier ice cream, all the attitude and history in each jar of Lachlan's red pepper jelly (and I don't like cooked red peppers as a rule), and I wish I lived next door to a Savory Spice Shop.
What local stuff do you like? What are your favorite discoveries?
