I hadn't heard much about Farmers and Fishers in Georgetown Used to be Agraria with an upscale American menu, but now serves casual fare.
The ribeye is served on mashed potatoes with a (seasonal) cabbage and kale mixture and coated with an unannounced cream sauce. Every component of this dish was oversalted, the cabbage mixture being the biggest culprit. So mostly everything tasted of salt. I am not tempted to go back.
