Falls Prime Steakhouse in Palm Springs..Bad News...

So, took my boyfriend to the Falls this past weekend for his birthday and our anniversary, and after having planned much in advance for a special night, I was thoroughly dissappointed:
First, we were told it would be 15 minutes for the private balcony seating I had requested, I told them, that was fine, we would be happy to wait as much as a half-hour. We sat at the bar for a few matinis with a not-so-friendly bartender...we put down a twenty, and he said we were a dollar shy, so I figured if I gave him $25, that would pay for the drinks and his tip, well then he told us after a while that the total had actually been $25.25, so we had not left a tip afterall. After an hour we were finally sat. Once on the balcony, however, we were greeted with an occassional sewer smell waft, a man playing VERY bad Casio-beats on a keyboard across the street, things like the Titanic theme on repeat for minutes on end, and to make matters worse, our heatlamp didn't work. We asked to be moved, and we were ushered to another balcony seat. The tablecloth had not yet been changed from the former guests, we sat, and the busser proceeded to place our plates and silver onto the dirty table cloth. I asked if he was going to change it, and he laughed and said,"uh, yea." There was also a large neon sign right next to our table, but the heat lamp worked, so I was happier, although the bad Casio player was still across the street from us. Our waiter was nice enough, although he did break the cork on the wine bottle we ordered, and the food was really great-wonderful steak and caesar salad. They comped us a piece of cheesecake for our anniversary...a $5.00 dessert on our $140 dinner tab. There were no apologies for the evening, and no one said good bye to us on the way out. To make matters worse my lips were very swollen the next day...no idea what I had an allergy to. Sorry this is so long, but it was the only thing I felt I could do to express my dissappointment.
