Everyday eats on First/Capitol Hill?

I am back in Seattle for a short while and have less than three weeks left before I'm back to Vermont and a dearth of restaurant variety. I'm staying on First Hill near Seattle U and want to make the most of the time I have in the neighborhood. What are some good, everyday places to go for happy hour, lunch, dinner, snacks, late night, anytime?

I'd like some places that are relatively inexpensive ($10-15 for dinner entrees would work) and have a casual vibe. Some suggestions for pricier, more upscale fare wouldn't be a bad thing, either.

In the area, I recently tried Lark and had a positive experience; have been to Quinn's (varying degrees of quality); I love Cafe Presse (cold chickennnn). And I usually end up at Old School Frozen Custard for my random, frequent frozen dessert cravings.

I've been wanting to try Unicorn but haven't had the chance. Any other recs for solid places nearby?
