I belong to a professional group with an interest in a cooking class. It would be an evening setting of approx 4 hours, anyplace to the west of downtown Boston with a focus on tips to preparing the menu, preparing the meal, and the selection of wine and enjoying the meal. The group would be 18 - 25 attendees with a preference to the first week in May.
