According to San Francisco Downtown magazine, Espetus is set to expand...
"... by the end of March the restaurant will be expanding into the building next door. The space will double, to seat 300 in both upstairs and downstairs dining rooms. The culinary offerings will expand, as well. The salad bar (currently at 22 items) will feature an additional 10 or more dishes. A new in-house bakery will produce a wider range of authentic Brazilian breads. And what is now a selection of eight to 10 meats, Monday through Thursday, and 12 to 16 meats on Fridays and Saturdays, will become a staggering 18-21 cuts, nightly, including shrimp and filet mignon...."
Also a little tidbit from the magazine, VinoVenue is having a Bud Break Party next Tuesday. 10+ small producers will be pouring and sharing, along with food pairings and music. 4:30-7:30, $15.
