I've been hearing a lot about Junior's Colombian Burger from blogs and other word of mouth (back when it was in a trailer), but now that they're in a storefront, I had to check them out to see what the hype was about
It's hard to explain, but just go eat one of these - the burger comes in a single, double or triple with meat, tomato, lettuce, grilled onions, cheese, potato chips and garlic, Pink (mayo & ketchup) and pineapple sauces - that's all the sauces not your choice of them. It just works, so for your first try just get it with everything. It's a big, beautiful sloppy mess. It's open very late (until 4:30 am Th-Sun). It also has other authentic Columbian dishes if you're interested. Service is slow as everything is cooked to order. There is barely any seating and all of it is on a small counter that faces a wall. They do not serve fries.
It's located right near Universal Studios on Kirkman in a very small strip mall across from the Hooters - it's only about 3 minutes off of I-4.

They're so small they don't even have a website only a Facebook page
With the food truck explosion, Hula Dog and Junior's Colombian burger Orlando just keeps getting more and more unique with great independent choices at the low end.
Eat independent whenever you can!
