Engaged in NOLA, stopping in on the way to the honeymoon

My fiance and I were engaged during Jazzfest, 2005, and we are getting married in October. We have chosen St. Lucia as our honeymoon destination, but have arranged our travel so that we can visit our beloved New Orleans for one night on the way there and one on the way back.

Last time we ate at: Uglesichs, Muriels, Brigtsens, Dick and Jenny's, Napoleon House, Commanders Palace, Elizabeths, Clover Grill, and Brennans.

Places we wanted to try but didn't have enough time in the day to eat at were: Upperline, Stella, K-Pauls, Galatoires, Herbsaint, Central Grocery, Mothers and a few others I can't remember.

So, I need your help because it was so invaluable in creating one of the best eating weeks of our lives last time we were there! We need help finding places for:

One dinner on a Monday night - looking for something special because it will be the first night of our honeymoon. I'm tempted to go back to Brigtsens because I still dream about the duck, but I'm always up to try something new.

One breakfast on a Saturday, and one lunch on a Saturday.

Thank you for any and all help, it is truly appreciated!
