We spend so much time on these boards discussing cemitas and tacos. But an old standby of mine are enchiladas.
Had them at Coatzingo, Tia Julia brick and mortar, De Mole and Azteca.
Any recs? I've liked them most at Coatzingo. They have 2 kinds but the only diff I can tell is 1 style is 5 small ones the other is 3 larger. Usually I get roja or mole.
