Eating in the NW burbs of Denver...Pho and BBQ

I've added two must-haves to my list of places to go in the NW metro area
Pho 78 next to Bed Bath and Beyond at 88th and Wads. Been there twice now, have shared chicken pho and combo noodle bowl first time(what can I say, I was sharing with a nine year old). Pho was a standout, with rich, clear broth and a separate plate of fixings so you can add the fresh touch yourself(sprouts, jalapenos, basil, and that lettuce-like stuff).
Second time I got the brisket and tendon pho....mmmmm...nice pieces of meat and tendon. They have tripe on the menu as well. I don't like tripe, but I know some people look for it.

Hoke's BBQ was a great find by someone on this board. Disappointing that they do not have cornbread or greens, but the meat is perfection. The ribs have a nice rub crust on them with that smoke flavor that screams 'WE TOOK OUR TIME WITH THIS'. The bites of chicken I had were good, with a choice of spicy or not for sauces. Lemonade was a bit weak but fresh squeezed, I think. Made a nice pair with the BBQ if you can't have a beeer.
