I saw this question on another board and got curious about what you'd all think!
I think to really answer the question, I'd have to give it a lot of thought... but there's something to be said for gut responses too. The first things that jumped into my head were the Plogue a Champlain at PDC, the Tuna Duo at Ferreira (half tartare and half thin seared slices) and for third place it's a toss up between the Oyster Po Boy at Ice House and the Shrimp Burger at Kazu. For dessert, the Salted Chocolate Pot de Creme at Pop!
