For my taste, these are some of the best ribs Ive ever eaten. Redfish serves full slabs that are a bit shorter, because the bones are pencil thin. There is a decent amount of somewhat charred meat on a slab, (you can ask for well done) considering you get as much as you want.
The sauce was think, but not sugary. Someone told me that they boil their ribs, could be, but the meat was firm.
For comparison, the big pig ribs at Honey 1 Barbeque are not to my taste. I dont like my rib meat pink either. I dont like Lems and their runny sauce or the total crap from Robinsons and Carsons.
