dumplings -- what's so good about Wang's?

After hearing about Wang's dumplings for so long on this board, I gave them a try. I got the chicken dumplings (I don't eat pork). They were good, but I don't see the big deal. I prefer the chicken dumplings at Hong Kong in Harvard Sq -- they're much bigger and there's a lot more dough. I also really like the turkey dumplings at Ruth's Kitchen in Brookline (they're just like the ones at Hong Kong)
