Dry aged Beef (Dallas)

A recent query asked about buying dry aged beef. While not a source for home consumption, I noticed in today's Dallas Morning News that Dakota's has reopened and now features prime beef dry aged for 4 weeks. Might be worth a try. The reviewer had a 16oz'er for $35.
