Downtown Lunch Eats

I just started a job in downtown LA (near Grand and 6th) and am looking for decent lunch places in walking distance (I'm aware of the possibilities I can get to with the Dash, such as Chinatown, Phillipes, etc., but with the job I've got, I'm looking more for places I can get take out from and be back in the office in 15-20 minutes), so like a 4-6 block radius.

I've scoured the older threads, and several of the suggestions are now outdated (i.e. Sunnin downtown has closed, as has Primavera, which used to be at Grand and 7th). Am looking for tasty food, healthier options and fresh salads would be a plus, but good ethnic cuisine and sandwiches are always welcome, in walking distance from the office at Grand and 6th. So far I've found, well, really, nothing. One day I went to a deli on 6th b/t Grand and Olive that served Boarshead meats, which was okay, and was taken out to lunch at Casey's, on Grand b/t 6th and Wilshire (ugh), and can't really afford to lunch at Water Grill.

Has anyone been to the Sultan lately, as that's on my list of places to try, as is LaMonica's NY Pizza (6th b/t Grand and Olive), but was wondering if there's anything else around worth checking out? Thanks!
