Who has been?
I'm a huge donut fan, so I've been awaiting the opening since I first heard about them a few months ago. I made it over there there today. Cute place, completely packed at 10:30ish a.m., and a pretty awesome cake donut. What a great addition to the neighborhood.
I had an apple and a pumpkin, both still warm from the fryer. They're way too greasy, but texturally perfect and not too sweet. Very much a homemade looking and tasting donut which in my book is great. LOVE THEM, and I'm actually much more of a yeast donut girl. Hopefully ironing out the start-up kinks will include figuring out how to tone down the grease factor a little.
I didn't try any of the other non-donut offerings, but they all looked great.
Only cake donuts, no raised (for now?)
