My friend's boyfriend likes to dabble in the kitchen a few days a week and last night he made
us Scallops Provençal.
It was utterly fantastic.
He said he got the recipe from watching Ina, the Barefoot Contessa. I Googled the recipe and it's not only easy, but has just a few ingredients and little prep-time. The longest time needed is for the rice or pasta on which you plan to serve the scallops (or shrimp, if you substitute because you don't care for scallops).
