It has been quite awhile since we dined at Dish. We had not been since Chef Jenna left. We always enjoyed her food. The good news is that the food tonight was better than we have had in a long time. We started with a "kale caesar" that consisted of fresh flavorful kale and dressed with a lemon vinaigrette. We also shared dishes of roasted brussels sprouts and tempura fried cauliflower. Both of them were excellent.
My wife's main course was grilled split shrimp with panang curry, slivered carrot, kaffir lime and basmati rice. I had Colorado lamb t-bones, rosemary marinated and served over grits and roasted carrots. Both of these were great.
Highly recommend Dish if you are in the Vail/Beaver Creek/Edwards area.
