I went there about 2 years ago and found CRISPO outstanding.
An excellent prosciutto appetizer; everyone's pasta dish, the steak...all were stand-outs.
Just went last night and it rather "blah."
I myself have made a better pasta carbonara than the one presented there.
The bucatini amatriciana was also rather dull, not "spicy" at all, as the waiter described.
Also the quality of the pasta itself was so-so, not super-fresh.
What a let-down. Maybe the regular chef was not cooking last night. We won't return.
