I've posted on here before, and received some helpful replies (thanks!) but I wanted to post again now that I know more about my plans.
I'm coming to Vegas the first weekend in August with my family. On Saturday night (our big night out) we'll be going out to dinner to celebrate several birthdays - a 21st, 24th, and 55th - then going to see Phantom at 9:30. We're staying at the Venetian - doing breakfast at Bouchon one of the mornings.
I need a nice place for dinner Saturday night. Fun, not too stuffy, but definitely nice. Expensive is okay - I'm more interested in value. I would have loved to try to sit at the counter at L'Atelier, but there are 7 of us, so that just seems like it would be too anti-social. They aren't huge foodies, but this is our big night out. That basically translates into would-prefer-French-or-Italian-or-something-safe. Or at least not seafood or ethnic.
Help! And thanks in advance!
