dinner in DC with cowboy/rancher clients

Help! I have clients coming into town (DC) for a legislative rally. These folks (there are 4 of them-three men and one woman) are part-time Board members of my client (a municipality), but full time ranchers. I've not yet met the woman, but some or all of the men may very well show up wearing some variation of the following: their "dress" Wrangler jeans with oversized belt buckle, cowboy boots, clean and pressed plaid twill shirt, navy sportcoat, and perhaps the cowboy/rancher hat.

Where do I take them for dinner tomorrow (Tuesday) night? I want to take them out for a nice dinner, but nowhere where their dress might make them stand out, nor a place where it's too stuffy. Someplace that has beef, but not a steakhouse (too obvious) would probably be good. Seafood is fine. Not too ethnic, as I don't know how adventurous they are. I guess I was thinking maybe DC Coast, but do the Chowhounds have a thought?
