4 of us went last night. Great bread, more of a Ciabatta, it was chewy and not like soft Portuguese served with very garlicky olive oil. Couldn't get enough. Drank the house red $16/bottle, sorry didn't write down the name, but we all liked it a lot. We shared an app of sauteed squid. One of the best things that came to the table -- high on the garlic scale, a little bite of chili, some sweet pepper strips, wine in the sauce, which we ate with spoons, it was that good, the squid as tender as I've ever had. I'd go there again, just for the squid. 2 at the table had the Caldeirea - seafood stew. Huge serving, enough for 2, great broth, plenty of fish, shrimp, etc. a lovely dish; next time we'll order one serving and share. I had my standby - Pork and clams - the pork was tender, clams sweet, potatoes delish though I wish they had been a little hotter, but truth is, I've never had the dish anywhere with the potatoes as hot as the rest. Importantly, the dish was not as salty as often happens. One of us had the grilled sardines and he was smiling all the way. Only dud was the green house salad - a typical Iceberg nothing. Our bill with tip came to ~$110. I'd go back in a minute.
