I have reservations for four at Alinea, this Saturday night at 6:30. My original partners for this experience decided to go to Paris for the weekend, and the rest of my usual foodie friends are all AWOL.
I can't bear to give up such a primo reservation, so I figured I'd turn here, to Chowhound, to see if there's anyone else out there who appreciates the work of people like DuFresne, Cantu, Bowles, Blumenthal, Andres, Adria, etc. and is up for taking on the Chef's Tasting Menu at Alinea with me this Saturday night...
