Dinner Advice for SF Newbies

We are 2 couples coming for a week-long visit(our 1st)
to SFB area in mid-October; we'll be spending 2
nights in SF(Union Square area). I'm in charge of
the culinary part of our trip and after countless
hours(I'm spending way too much time on this!) of
reading reviews, this is what I have. I know we'll at least
do a breakfast at Dottie's, a lunch at Swan Oyster Depot,
got to get some tacos from one of the trucks in the Mission
(one of our group is a huge taco fan)

Now for the 2 dinners! We wanted to do one Italian
and I've got that narrowed down to Delfina, Incanto,
maybe Quince(not sure if I want to go that pricey),
maybe Antica Trattoria. For the other dinner, I'm
looking at Myth, Cortez, or Town Hall. I just can't
decide!! We will have a vehicle, but would rather not
drive to dinner(we like martini's!) so will probably
take a cab. Would like some votes from any SF
residents or frequent visitors. Of the ones I've
mentioned ,where would you go?If you give me any
new names that I haven't heard of yet, I will have
to shoot myself! FYI,my hubby and I are pretty adventurous
eaters, the other couple a little bit less so.
Next I have to figure out where we'll eat in
Monterey and Healdsburg but hopefully that will be less overwhelming.
