Just finished dinner at http://www.daikers.com/default.htm . Sadly, I was famished enough to eat a few bites of my chicken before realizing that it was cooked medium rare. Am anticipating that salmonella may very well ensue. Alas, this is not a joke. And to make matters worse, the service was non-existent, so there was no one at the resto with whom I could address this issue directly. A brief gander and "haloo" into the kitchen revealed a chaotic, dirty space but no response was forthcoming from any of the overwhelmed young food assemblers. Great view of Fourth Lake, though.
